baltimore came out to pay respects. several thousand people filed passed the casket of art modell this weekend. it was taken over by somber fans and music of frank sinatra. here is more. >> reporter: to be soothed by thousands of family members, it makes me feel elated. i could shrug out the door. >> all you done for baltimore, thank you. >> thanks for the memories. >> they lined up waiting for the gates to open at 11:00 saturday morning. no beer, hot dogs or cheering stands. the people like ben davis who wants to give his son and daughter a history lesson about their hometown. >> i tried teaching my kids about the history of how they came back. >> football came back to baltimore thanks to art modell. his name is now on the field. >> after along wait, the kids begin to understand art modell was much more than a franchise owner. he is credit with naming the ravens 17 years ago with starting monday night football and with raising money to start charities. his two sons greeted every person that walked passed the casket. hi
